    <description>&lt;P&gt;I order from Ebay from time to time and have always been very happy with my purchases.&amp;nbsp; But today when some pants I had ordered arrived, the XS fit like an XXS.&amp;nbsp; I turned to the inside to see if the wrong size had been sent, but the size tag had been cut out.&amp;nbsp; Ah ha.&amp;nbsp; This item was from Phoenix Trading Company, not an individual seller, and I have ordered from them before, with good results.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I clicked on the return tab and explained the reason for the return and also that I felt I should not have to pay return shipping as the item was not as described.&amp;nbsp; Well, &lt;EM&gt;not two hours later&lt;/EM&gt; I had an email from Ebay, saying that my full cost is being refunded.&amp;nbsp; Also got an email from Phoenix Trading Co. apologizing and saying to just donate the pants rather than sending them back.&amp;nbsp; Now THAT'S what I call good customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
