I stored away one Keurig just in case my old one failed as it did three days ago. The newer Keurig has an added cup section for making ice cold drinks, capaccino(sp) and some sort of frothy drinks. Even with instructions I have not a clue what to do. Do I fill the side cup with ice? with milk? How does the coffee reach it from the main unit. No idea. I am sure it is plain and simple but I don't have a clue. Any help would be appreciated.

@bonnielu You can find user's manuals for almost any appliance online simply by Googling "user manual for Keurig Model xxxx".

I know sometimes the instructions manuals make no sense I agree about finding a youtube video on it.

I've watched my daughter brew her coffee as usual. She heats her milk or half n half in the unit on top of the machine, and adds it to her hot mug of coffee. For iced coffee, she brews her regular coffee into a mug of ice, and then adds whatever to it.
