How's Your Weather Today?

In the Albuquerque area, we've got high winds, 80 warm degrees and very low humidity (10%). Vegetation is tinder dry so we're very worried about fire around the state. I think the whole Southwest is in a state of dangerous drought as exemplified by the recent range fires in Texas.

Yep, we are in the middle of a drought..Today its 92 low humidity....but its suppose to "cool" off to mid 80's tomorrow and over the next few days and Thursday its forecast to be a pleasant 78!!!!

Next Monday a 50% chance of rain...keeping my fingers crossed....

We're in the middle of a 3-day high-wind-high-fire-danger stretch. It's warm and very dry. Humidity is reading less than 8% outside my window and the wind is gusting 50mph.

DFW - Horrible spring storms last night, tornado watch again and 95 and sunny right now. Nothing like spring in Texas as you know. Tomorrow sunny low of 60. Love the rain but can do without everything that comes with it.

Mid 50's, sunny and nice today in CT. Got out for a bit, but I was mostly indoors decluttering clothing and organizing my closets for the season. Should have saved that for the next two days which now I find out are going to be rain, rain, rainnnny!

Now I wish I walked today, but gotta hit those home projects when the mood strikes.

Sorry about the drought areas people are experiencing...not being flip, but wish I could send you some rain.

NYS Cool 59 - clouds and sun playing tag...........standing rain water in woods.....more rain begins tonight (Mon) and rest of week like Conn posting.............except

possible snow by end of week.

typical spring weather here in WA state---tons of rain and wind the last few days, many feet of snow in the mountains--and then 70* and sun on Thursday before back to the 50's and rain---

@Kachina624 : Appreciate you asking but here in East Texas it’s up to 90 with humidity literally almost smothering. I step outside and step right back in but counting my blessings with every step. We suffered heavy storms thru the night and more damage and destruction is being reported at every newscast. I did not lose power but spotty around us. Tomorrow high winds forecast.

Wish we could send you some of this rain.

Boy how I'd love a good hard rainfall with some thunder and lightening. It has been at least a couple of years since we had that. My dogs would come unglued.

West Texas is having 20-30 mph winds with gusts to 50+. It is bone dry. Dust and sand are reducing visibility. It is depressing since no moisture is forecast for the area in the 7 day.

It was 98 in the shade in my TX yard at 5PM. I was doing errands today and it was very uncomfortable. No time to adjust yet to such sudden heat, when it's been pleasant prior. It's enough to deal with the drought and H2O restrictions. We don't need to bake.

First, I just wish you all the best in the southeast, central & west regions. I hope you get some relief with rain & cooler weather.

Fortunately, the past 2 days have been high 50s-low 60s & very nice & appreciated sunshine. Last week was quite the mix & we're expecting more rain this week but I don't think as much as last week. Spring is definitely in the air .. easy to tell with our allergies & sinus problems (including my 2 kitty sisters. Their sneezes have calmed down the past few weeks. )
