I guess Haiti received over twice as much in the same amount of time , yet Japan contributes much more to the world than Haiti. Come to think of it, I can't think of anything they do contribute. And yes, they needed help but Japanese citizens need it also. I think people think they are rich enough to take care of things themselves.
