      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had T-Mobile for 15 years and I've never had any issues.&amp;nbsp; They were the first cell phone service (I believe) that didn't require a contract.&amp;nbsp; My price had remained the same for as long as I can remember.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am having SERIOUS issues with T-Mobile right now, and so are many other people. I ordered the home internet in early January. I was offered a promotional incentive and accepted it. I asked about starting service at a specific future date and they agreed. Neither happened. They deny the incentive and service date agreement ever happened. T-Mobile is not complying with their agreements, whether it is wifi or phones. I never even opened the box.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" size="3"&gt;Prior to their merger with Sprint in 2020, T-Mobile was a wonderful company. People who started with them before that date and have not made changes will not know what is going on right now.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" size="3"&gt;You MUST read the T-Mobile Community posts and Google reviews before moving forward. I have already contacted the FCC over the issue. It is one of the worst consumer exploitation situations I have ever seen. I got tired of running out of data with no warning.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;So far we really like it. However, transferring contacts and photos was hit and miss.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Coverage is great.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had them for cell service when they took over Sprint.&amp;nbsp; Sprint was just fine, although they went through some glitches when they took over Nextel.&amp;nbsp; But I stuck around because they worked it out and I'm pretty loyal - as long as I'm getting what I'm paying for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then TM took over Sprinta and it went to h e l l in a handbasket very quickly.&amp;nbsp; It was horrible.&amp;nbsp; Service and cov were suddenly horrible.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After a while of realizing it was going to stay that way I started thinking about moving.&amp;nbsp; Then I got that letter that my, fairly new, smartphone would stop working at the end of last year.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That was all I needed to move on.&amp;nbsp; A few months before that was going to happen&amp;nbsp; I went to Spectrum, got a new phone, and new service.&amp;nbsp; Now, I pay less than half as much (which also includes pmt for the new phone!) and have great service.&amp;nbsp; The guy at Spectrum transferred everything from my old phone.&amp;nbsp; It was the first time for me with that and it was flawless.&amp;nbsp; Everything, including settings, files, calendar stuff, phone contact stuff - EVERYTHING - was moved to the new phone.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I keep my photos on an SD card so we were able to just pull that out of old phone and he put it in the new phone for me.&amp;nbsp; I like doing that so that I keep more space on the phone, and they are all in one place.&amp;nbsp; The SD cards these days have a HUGE amount of storage so I'd have to live another 100 years to fill that bad boy up!&amp;nbsp; &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My bill, including pmt for the phone, is $26 a month.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I could not be more pleased.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;TMobile got the finger from me and I have not looked back.&amp;nbsp; I would not recommend them to anybody.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think one of the numerous things that hacked me off, after TM took over Sprint was about the Hulu situation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You got free Hulu (the one w/ads, but they weren't that intrusive at all) and I had signed up for it at some point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One day I went to access Hulu through my Tivo and it wouldn't let me in.&amp;nbsp; I needed to sign up and pay.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called TM to see how we could fix this.&amp;nbsp; For the amt I was paying, I didn't think it was out of line to have the streamer for "free".&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The guy I talked to said that it went away because I changed my service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I told him that I didn't change my service at all, which was true.&amp;nbsp; He said, yeah, you did.&amp;nbsp; I said, no truly I have no reason to lie about something as minimum as getting a $6.99 service included in my service.&amp;nbsp; The service I had, first through Sprint and then TM, was the same for - well, ever since Sprint took over Nextel with whom I'd been for quite a while and that was quite a few years prior.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He then told me that I was a liar and if I wanted Hulu I could sign up with them but it would cost me the full price.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;He called me a liar!&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I wasn't rude or anything because that's not how I roll when I call a company.&amp;nbsp; I know that if I'm having any given issue that's never the fault of whoever happens to pick up my call.&amp;nbsp; So I'm polite.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did end up signing up for Hulu, but not through TM.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was just one more mark against them for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

A service person came out and said he had no problem but was not able to show me he had service using T-Mobile. Not one of my guests in my home using T-Mobile could get service, and we are not in a remote area.&amp;nbsp; I called them again and said we still could not get service and they promised they would put a cell site within range. Never happened and I discontinued using T-Mobile. Can't answer as to their WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I've had it a few years now, but have a business account and have a number to call if I ever have issues where I get a live person in the US to talk to. I think I've called them once all this time! No issues all these years means I'm a very happy customer!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I used to have Verizon, and literally they were the absolute WORST! I could write a novel on all my past issues with them.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I wonder if there is a company that no one has had an issue with.&amp;nbsp; I had an awful issue with AT &amp;amp; T but others think they are great.&amp;nbsp; I have had Verizen and no issues.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;You just never know until you have a company and they mess up and you cannot get it straightened out.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes I call about a problem with my TV and get someone who does not know how to fix it but keeps having me do stuff on my end.&amp;nbsp; I usually just say I don't have time for this right now.&amp;nbsp; I call back and get a different person and different result.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
