      <title>TWICE this has happened with Amazon orders</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;About 10 days ago, I did an "order again" on two previously received items.&amp;nbsp; The first "order again" was for two tubes of Refresh PM eye ointment and I received one tube.&amp;nbsp; The second "order again" was for a package of four combs and I received one comb.&amp;nbsp; Yes, I've contacted Amazon.&amp;nbsp; This makes me angry.&amp;nbsp; Their "order again" should be for&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;exactly&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; the previous order.&amp;nbsp; Grrrrrrrrr&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The software probably wants you to adjust the quantity from the default of one in case you don't need that many the second time to cut down on returns, chargebacks and product loss.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
