I can't believe some women won't get a flu shot because it hurts too bad but will buy one of those derma rollers and run dozens of needles over their face because they think it will prevent aging. And why on earth would you think poking dozens of holes in your skin would prevent aging?

I don't know of any woman that gets botox and other cosmetic procedures claiming they won't get a flu shot because it hurts.

I think they will be sending back the derma roller once they try it. Some people just have an extremely low pain tolerance. When I worked as a dental hygienist, I had patients who would jump when I put my mirror in their mouth.

I know I had a lot of patients over the years who I had to put on nitrous oxide gas before I could give them an injection because they hate needles that much.

Pain is not an issue for me. I simply don't want the shot for me/my fasmily.

I do not want to have the shot either. Last time was a bad...painful thing which took me many months to get over. I am not fond of what is in the shot either.

I don't want to take the shot either. Too painful for me so when I do get the flu shot I also recommend taking a Jello Shot. Makes the pain go away so much faster!!

Then with enough Jello Shots I can endure botox.

Just sayin'.

Sometimes I watch The Doctors and they have recommended the Derma Roller (as well as the flu shot).

I have a Derma Roller (1.5) and NO PROBLEM with any size needle...

BUT have yet to get the flu shot...
