    <description>&lt;P&gt;I like chicken and I like the ease of crock pot cooking so you'd think these two were made for each other, no? But I don't like the way chicken gets more or less boiled cooking it that way, and I don't like meat falling off the bone. If I want a piece of chicken, dam it, I want to be able to pick it up and eat it! &lt;IMG src="https://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/angry.gif" alt="{#emotions_dlg.angry}" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I had an idea this morning and I'm wondering if anyone else has tried this--I'm thinking of putting the whole bird in a big pot and searing it all over. In theory, that would brown it a bit and seal in the juices.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Has anyone tried this? What were your results? Any comments or helpful advice? TIA!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
