      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have only ordered items from Amazon a few times. &amp;nbsp;I got an email today alerting me of the new Prime rates going up. &amp;nbsp;I have never signed up for Prime. &amp;nbsp;After looking everywhere I finally found a number to call to insure they did not have me as a Prime member. &amp;nbsp;The first rep I got actually disconnected me and the noise in the background was deafening. &amp;nbsp;They wanted so much information just to check my account. &amp;nbsp;I tried again after being disconnected and went through the same spiel. &amp;nbsp;This guy said I was a Prime member since December but had no information to show when I signed up or what credit card would be credited or when. &amp;nbsp;Although as of yet I have seen no charge to my account he said he would credit my account. &amp;nbsp;He said he would send me an email confirming our call. &amp;nbsp;What I got was a questionnaire about the service I received, nothing about the context of the call. &amp;nbsp;I'm frustrated with this whole experience and know why I have only bought the few items from Amazon I could not fine elsewhere. &amp;nbsp;Just had to let out my frustration. Never buying from them again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I had to place my first customer service call to Amazon today. I do have prime, placed a order the end of January for a cordless hand held vac but got a msg a few days later that it had been returned to the manufacture due to weather conditions. I discovered they never credited my account. I could not find a contact number for customer service but finally did and called them. They did refund my money back to my credit card and my rewards points then sent me a email confirmation of the refund.&amp;nbsp; If I hadn't gone back to check on the transaction they would have kept my money so I will surely watch what I buy from now on. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
