Watching QVC on my iPad. Somehow I have captions. How do I turn them off?

Watching QVC on my iPad. Somehow I have captions showing. How do I turn them off?
I checked my iPad settings and subtitles or captions are not on in Accessibility or anywhere else.

@SouthernBee @I posted in chat because more iPad owners might see it. I must have touched something or else the captioning on iPad is now coming in through Q automatically.

@millieshops @They just showed up on the iPad when I'm watching QVC Live on it. I've never seen them before. I think it must be a QVC setting somewhere on their screen, but

I don't know where.

@millieshops Just started when watching the four channels tonight. Not seeing captions on anywhere else and the setting for captioning is off for the iPad in Accessibility.

when I watch on the computer I see a box with CC at the bottom right for the captions you may have to scroll down

@Mindy D On a Mac, Captions is at the bottom in the Accessibilitiy section under the Hearing section.

@Mz iMac @Thank you. I already checked the corresponding setting for my iPad. It's off.

It's something on the QVC screen, but I don't see a button or anything to push.

At the very bottom of the feed , when you touch to see the time bar, there is a tiny tv icon and next to that 3 dots ... click on the dots and you get a caption menu to turn off or on. Hope this helps.

On my iPad, the caption setting only appears once I've enlarged the QVC screen using the symbol at the upper left on the Q screen showing the product being aired.

The CC control is at the lower right if you scroll down. But only after you enlarge the view.

@GingerPeach @Thanks, the captioning icon just showed up when I fully enlarged the screen and I turned off the captions.
