      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you please explain something to me, please. So you send them an email with the item information and what you want it to be exchanged with. Then you go ahead and use the usual return labe that comes in your order and take it to the post office and mail it back. So, they send out the replacement but then they charge you again for this while you have to wait a month or more for them to process the exchange and refund the first order? So I have this right? So, for a period of time you have a double charge on your item until it's all processed? I'm so confused. Someone please help me...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have returned, or sent back for exchange,several items in the last few weeks. &amp;nbsp;I've been trying to remain patient but some easy pays will be charged soon so I wanted everythig processed in time to eliminate those charges. &amp;nbsp;I finally called and spoke to a CSR today. &amp;nbsp;She was very helpful in being able to either tell me where the exchanges were in the pipeline or process the return/refund while we were in the phone. &amp;nbsp;FYI, once the returns are processed, it can take as much as 10 days for it to reflect on your credit card statement. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry but none of this sounds so "easy" to me!&amp;nbsp; So now we have to write a book and email it to them to get a refund or exchange.&amp;nbsp; Why? When you email them the order number why do you need to give then the item number, a discription, the cost ect., ect. Don't they have all that when they bring up the order number?&amp;nbsp; Just saying. I'ed say there is nothing easy about this.&amp;nbsp; At this point trying to get a refund/exchange we have to make a phone call, write a "book" encluding all information in a email then wait a week for a email from them and then do the same thing we used to do, pack it up and bring it to USPS or UPS.&amp;nbsp; What exactly&amp;nbsp; is so mush easier and faster for us?&amp;nbsp; Plus the fact it looks like now you have to use their lable, which is a total rip off and if any of you think you can bundle the items and use their lable and only be charged once for the postage think again .&amp;nbsp; I bundled a bunch of returns and sent them back UPS, long before this new return policy and they received them weeks ago.&amp;nbsp; Then I received an email saying to be patient they were running behind with their refunds. Then a week or so later I get another email with this new policy.&amp;nbsp; OK I've been patient but I've be waiting weeks now and nothing.&amp;nbsp; I want my refunds and exchanges!&amp;nbsp; I'm getting fed up with this.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; It seems to me tthat the true name of this game really is to make it harder not easier to get a refund,&amp;nbsp; After 30 plus years of patronage to this company, I think I've had it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Tonight is Saturday so obviously I won't be able to take this to the post office till Monday but do I have to wait till I get the confirmation email from them that they have received my email before sending it back or can I take it on Monday and send it off? &amp;nbsp;I really appreciate the clarification for this ladies. This is my first try at this and the returns I sent a month ago is still not processed so I'm trying this to see if I can get it done faster.       <description>&lt;P&gt;This Easy Returns thing has been around for awhile. I used it in late December to exchange an item and it didn't work. I sent the email, mailed my package back and 3 weeks later got an email saying my return was on it's way back. When I didn't hear anything more and my order status showed no change I contacted Customer Service about 10 days ago. The CS rep said all she could do for me was refund my money. So I got the refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Several days later there was a free shipping event. I checked on the item and the size and color I wanted were in stock AND it was on sale for a little over $5 less than when I initially ordered it. Ordered it, received it yesterday. Win for me - except for the delay in receiving a winter clothing item I could have been wearing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sure it took a little longer but considering the time of year and their re-grouping, because of the fire, i'm ok with it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i get the feeling people have no patience any more and maybe no understanding/sympathy for businesses.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
