On Wednesday, January 19th, they had an all day jewelry event. None of my purchases have shipped yet. Still in processing mode. Has anyone received any purchases from that day?

I ordered a Kitchen Aid countertop oven yesterday, and it has already shipped. Of course I don't know how long it will take to get here ,I've had really good luck , fingers crossed.

I placed an order on Jan. 16 that has yet to ship. I don't understand how QVC can be so bad at shipping. It has been going on for far too long. Whomever is in charge of the shipping operation needs to be replaced, unless there is something going on that is beyond their control, and I don't mean COVID.

I ordered a coat on the 17th and got it yesterday, the 23rd. I don't think that's bad at all. Maybe the jewelry aisle is blocked or something.
