I just tried ordering a something and it said the total was estimated due to maintenance and to call cs.

Why isn't maintenance handled during the off hours (during night hours)...isn't this 24hr programming, less inconvenience if handled during off hours! Poor decision making on part of IT.

I've been waiting for credit on returned items for weeks....I have not been able to check on the status of the returns....

@Oznell so far it seems to be working. Just checked on an order I placed yesterday and was able to get through where as this morning I couldn't.
