Has anyone heard of or have this cell phone carrier for your service? We currently have Trac Phone and are looking to change. The phones are used infrequently-- really just for emergencies. Would like opinions of Mint Mobile, if applicable or a provider you may suggest.

I hear good things from folks with Consumer Cellular service.

Only thing I know is that's it's partly owned by actor Ryan Reynolds.

I'll speak up for Mint.

I switched to Mint from Republic Wireless and I love it. I paid for 6 months of service and got 6 free. So I'm set for the whole year with no cell phone bills.

Really good 5G service too. That stuff is fast. It's as good as my home wifi and I have good wifi.

@catter70 True, and the last I've read recently is he's trying to sell it.

I have heard wonderful things about them. I believe they use TMobile's network. I am seriously considering switching to them myself.

I have used Consumer Cellular for years with no problems.
