Anyone else having this delivery issue?

I'm waiting for a package shipped to St. Louis from Fontana CA on 12/29 but there is no tracking update since the shipping date was posted. I'm wondering if it's weather related or the fires in Co. I just received a email from QVC noting a shipping delay but no details. My heart goes out to all of the families in Colorado who lost their homes to the fire.

@Goodie2shoes It could be any of those factors or something else they can't control. Hopefully it will make its way to you soon.

@Goodie2shoes There's something wrong with the Q computer. If you'll go to the Order Status page where payment info is listed, go down about halfway, there will be your tracking number. Click on it and you'll get tracking.

First, is this a QVC item you're talking about? 2. Didn't know Colorado was having fires (gotta check that out). If you don't have tracking info, it might mean it hasn't shipped yet. @Goodie2shoes

I doubt that the fire in Colorado has anything to do with shipping issues. That fire was not in the mainstream of shipping traffic routes or locations.

Don't know about QVC, but my wife got her order from HSN delivered today via FedEx. She said she ordered it on December 28th.

Thanks but I had already located the tracking number in the order that's where I noticed no update on the tracking since the ship date of 12/29.

Yes it's a QVC order and the ship date of 12/29 is in the tracking info but no further progress update posted after the initial ship date of 12/29. The tracking only says ship date 12/29. thanks

@Goodie2shoes did you check with the mods over in the Customer Care forum? If it has no tracking info, then it still might not have been shipped yet. I don't like it when a store ships something to me without giving me information to track my packages.

I have a couple of items lost in the Black Hole of Fontana. Tracking shows "departed from this facility Dec. 29" but where they are now is anyone's guess.

Exactly !! that's my delema also ! same facility. As I mentioned in my earlier post, I received a email from QVC stating there was a delay but no details given. Have you received a email as well ? just wondering, my order is not a " I need it now " type, just a everyday pair of pants and I am sure it will get here eventually. I also noticed a type error in my order stating it was shipped on 12/29/22 ! We haven't got to that date yet !!

I did not receive emails on these orders, however, I just re-checked one, and it now shows that it made it cross-country in the last two hours. So, hang in there and hopefully you and I will get our orders before next December!
