Our roads are so icy, can here sirens going ,accidents, staying home,just taking clancy out ,is dangerous.

We had a fog advisory last night, it was REALLY foggy. We usually have a white Christmas, but not this year. @goldensrbest, please stay safe--ice is so dangerous.

Yuck! Here in the Nashville, TN area we are experiencing almost record high temperatures with a lot of wind gusts. The expected high for today is 72 to perhaps 76 degrees depending on how much the sun remains out. Last year was bitter cold on Christmas according to the local weather forecasters. (Frankly, I can't remember what it was last year!) I detest when we get snow because we often get ice as well. I'm just not a winter-loving person at all! Stay warm and safe!

The last time we had snow here in SC was back in 2010. That was a surprise!! Today, it's going to be a high of 68 and partly sunny and breezy. It's a nice warm wind outside. Feel bad for you all who have snow and ice. Merry Christmas!!

snowing here right now....( Seattle area)... not sticking YET... tomorrow an artic air flow will drop temps into the teens and twenties.... and we will have several inches of snow. Monday is not suppose to break over 25 degrees during the day... It is going to be very uncomfortable for the next week or longer.....

@goldensrbest Our weather forecast here in north Mississippi is for it to be 70 degrees here today. We have not had such a warm Christmas in a while. I like warm but am slightly put off by the temps as we have had numerous tornadoes when it is like this. I do not want to pay the piper as they say. Hope all of you have a blessed Christmas and the joys of Christmas comes to you on angel wings!

Currently 60 degrees and on and off rain in the high desert! The sun is trying to break through! It's beautiful!

Western PA here off Lake Erie.....it's 58 degrees on my back patio....and there are areas of my lawn that look like they could be mowed.

We have had no Lake Effect snow to speak of yet...and Lake Erie is "warm" for this time of year...so I'm a little nervous if a below zero clipper comes across the lake and drops a ton where I live...We don't get fires, tornados or hurricanes here....and when I see damage from those events I always think what kind of wacky weather could WE be in for....

At my age, I LIKE having no snow, but, it's odd. It feels like April. I'm retired so I don't have to go out, but I don't like ice or snow at all.

Anyway....everyone enjoy the Holiday....Just talked to sis outside of Albany NY and it's a lot colder there...they have a little snow and rain/sleet mix right now...

It would have to be on Christmas day, wish it was just rain,would take warm any day,like some of you ,two holidays here,this is very old!!!!

Oh no, I trust you will stay off the roads. Black ice is worse than snow.

Yesterday in my part of Pa., we had about an inch of snow but it got warmer and melted. Overnight it rained and now it's just gloomy with a temp of 44. I'll take it instead of the snow or ice though. I don't like that anymore.

It's the same here in Savannah, with next week reaching upper 70's.

It's nice here today at 60° right now with a high of 66° today. Strange weather. It's usually cold in Dec.

Suppose to be 80° Sun & 59° Mon?

@RedTop That's exactly what we have in Albuquerque but the sun is trying to break through. We had an 80% chance of rain yesterday which turned out to be 5 tiny drops of mist. No rain since a little in September.

I'm in MA and we have had freezing rain all day, it's treacherous out there and it gets dark at 4pm so our Christmas dinner became a Christmas lunch. Did the desserts yesterday anyway so we got up early and cooked and called people with the plan change. Still had a great time and everyone was home before it got dark.
