Fantastic Shipping from HSN

Kudos to HSN. I placed an order on the evening of December 19. It shipped from Ontario, CA same day, December 19. Today is the 20th and it has already arrived at Philadelphia. Straight across our country to me in Eastern Pennsylvania. I should be receiving my stuff possibly the 22nd.

The Isaac items I buy ship from Ontario, too,but takes days to leave Ontario and instead of going direct to Philly, they get laid up Bridgeport, NJ. Takes about 3 weeks from day of order to door delivery.

I agree. HSN always delivers on time or even earlier. I order from them and appreciate their shipping efforts for their customers.

Since HSN and QVC are owned by the same parent company, and HSN really has their act together when it comes to shipping ,...... why isn't QVC doing the same things? ITA shipments from HSN practically fly out of the warehouse.

A while back I made a purchase from QVC and HSN on the same day. The HSN package was out the door in about 18 hours and I received it a couple days later.

At the time I received my HSN package, my QVC order was still "processing".

This has to stop.

Heard good things about HSN's shipping but I am not having that experience. I've not purchased from them in ages but placed an order on the 16th...it still hasn't even shipped.

I almost never order from hsn, but I'm always glad when I see a qvc order is coming from Ontario because I know it will be here in two days.

I wonder, since they are now related, if hsn and qvc use the same warehouse.

So true. HSN has it all over qvc when it comes to shipping, and many other issues too. Never a worry when ordering from HSN. One has to wonder when qvc is going to get their act together. They have had these issues long before the pandemic, so that has always been just another excuse for them to fall back on.

ITA. I ordered something from the Q on Dec 12. Should come in today.

Everything I ordered from HSN in the last couple of weeks, already here and my last order shipped yesterday, Ordered Sat. Today Wed.

The Q was better on some items I ordered after the 12th. Those are here this week.

HSN has better CS.
