Has Anyone Had A Package Delivered By LaserShip?

It's a last mile shipping company. I received a sketchy shipping update from Nordstrom with an unfamiliar tracking number saying LaserShip is delivering my order and it was picked up.

If LaserShip is a last mile shipper, who delivers it to LaserShip? Nothing was mentioned.

None of the shipping companies recognize the tracking number. Not even LaserShip or Pitney Bowes.

There is a Nordstrom about 50-60 miles from me. Could that distance be called last mile shipping?

Never had anything delivered from this company before by Nordstrom.

I don't trust them. They are liars. I hate when a company resorts to using these neanderthals for delivery services. They are awful. Bath and Body Works, Walmart and Amazon have used them in some of my past orders.

I have not heard of Lasership, but I am in a similar situation. My last of 3 Crate and Barrel orders of 11/17 was assigned to a last mile carrier called INLAND. Since 11/29 it is sitting one state away from me with a tentative delivery date of 12/8. The first 2 shipments came by FEDEX. I am disappointed because I can't finish my decorating.

QVC, Target, Overstock all shipped quickly with USPS, fedex and UPS.

@Foxxee It depends on where you live and who Nordstrom uses for a carrier. I live just outside Chicago and there are times they use UDS. It's a strange co. They never knock on your door just leave the package by the door. I am in an apt. but neighbors on the 1st floor let the carrier in. I believe since Nordstrom is free shipping they look for the best price when it comes to carriers although they still use UPS which I like because I have a wonderful UPS man.

I have received a few orders directly from stores, so if this one is coming from the store closest to me, this shipper might make sense, but I don't like my orders in the hands of small unknown shippers...and getting sketchy tracking information.

I'm waiting on an order from Bath & Body Works that was shipped byLaserShip. It was estimated to arrive on 11/26. I placed the order on 11/13. Now there is not Estimated delivery date when I check the tracking. Just says something about delays.

I'm going to give it another week before I contact Bath & Body Works for either a refund or a replacement.

Several years ago I ordered a phone from Walmart. They had it sent Lasership. Supposedly the phone got damaged in transit. I suspected it got stolen. I contacted Walmart and they sent a new one unfortunately the same way. Luckily I got it.

There are tons of complaints about this company. I understand many people want fast shipping, but why use a carrier that has such a shady history.

I broke down and called B&BW on Saturday. The customer service rep. was so nice. She agreed that something happened to my package as she couldn't find any tracking info. She could not replace the order because they were out of two of the items that I bought. So she gave me a refund. She also said that she sent a note to the customer service center with my complaint about Lasership. I hope all those who ordered candles this past Friday get their orders.

I love Lasership. Where I live, they are fast and bring the package into my building lobby. I'm always pleased if it goes to Lasership.

I recently had a Kohl's order delivered by LaserShip. I was very impressed. The driver was clean cut and courteous. I happened to be outside when he arrived, taking photos of a messed up FedEx delivery. I asked the young man to carry the pkgs to the back door but asked where he'd put them otherwise. He replied, the front porch. He snapped a photo of the packages with his phone too. FedEx is just awful in my area, leaving pkgs everywhere except doorside and some postal deliveries here can be equally as bad.

I've had things delivered by LaserShip from a couple of different companies. They do a very good job delivering to me. I'm always able to get tracking information with them as soon as it's actually shipped.

I'm not sure what you mean by a last mile shipper? The package goes directly to LaserShip from the companies that I've ordered from. They've never been transferred to them by a different shipper.

Edited to say: I looked at their website and read what they said about being a last mile shipper. I honestly thought the packages were sent straight from them. My packages from Anthropologie, Nordstrom and Nespresso come from them just as quickly as they did before they started using them.

Happy for those who had a good experience with LaserShip. Still have not received the package from Bath &Body Works that was shipped by this company on 11/16. I contacted them and received an email that it would be looked into and I would receive an update within 72 hours.That was 10 days ago. No update has been sent. Bath &Body Works refunded my money. So all is good. But way too many bad reviews online for this shipping company
