    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;My round of applause goes to &lt;STRONG&gt;Wayne from the Social Team&lt;/STRONG&gt;. I emailed them yesterday and he replied so quickly that my first response to him may not have made sense. I don't do well under pressure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileyvery-happy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyvery-happy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.png" alt="Smiley Very Happy" title="Smiley Very Happy" /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;Regardless, he hung in there with whatever nonsense I first sent him and, once I figured out exactly what he was requesting, I sent what he had asked for. He resolved my issue and the entire process was over in a matter of minutes. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;I believe QVC's social team is an exceptional group of hard working men and women and I appreciate them immensely.&amp;nbsp; Thank you to the entire Social Team!&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="heart" class="emoticon emoticon-heart" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_heart.png" alt="Heart" title="Heart" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Moderators:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I just had a very pleasant experience with one of QVC's customer service representatives...Elizabeth.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Pleasant, respectful, efficient.&amp;nbsp; Sounded mature and seasoned.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;She is excellent.&amp;nbsp; Please let her and her manager know.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Thanks&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I had a similar experience yesterday with Susan from the QVC Social Team.&amp;nbsp; She went over and above taking care of my issue with an order.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;There are so many rants on this forum about the Q, hosts, shipping, CS, and so on.&amp;nbsp; I think it is important to call out the good things that happen.&amp;nbsp; It happens more than we read here.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Well, let’s make this a threepeet... &amp;nbsp;I, too, had need to call Customer Service today and Ashley answered my question and resolved my situation before it could become a problem.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I am elated and regret putting off the call and appreciate her efficiency.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Good job QVC and take good care of Ashley - she deserves it !&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Far superior to other CS reps anywhere in my experience.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A-plus to all of them!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
