Thanks for the info but in my case I stopped using Top Cash because of the slow pay out. I only use Rakutan now and I'm expecting a check anyday now.

Top Cashback offers the best deals of anyone, I cant imagine a slow payout, I usually take a gift card and it is emailed to me immediately. And lately every Fri their Mystery Deal offers a few dollars more added to one purchase for that day.

I agree, and I have tried several. I think some people get confused because they don't send you your payouts automatically ... you have to request them, and I guess some people don't think to do that. IMO, TCB is the best rebate site out there.
