I bought an HP laptop and they said there was 1 year free Smart Friend Service but I never got a number or instructions on how to access it. Any suggestions?

@picidilli Where did you purchase the laptop? If it was QVC, I'd be calling customer service. Have you called HP or Smart Friend Service? How long ago did you purchase the laptop?
