      <description>&lt;P&gt;They never used to do this (I've asked in the past).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a waitlist order that I placed a week ago, so I simply cancelled that and placed the order again - with free shipping!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For those with waitlist or advance orders though, it never hurts to ask.&amp;nbsp; I do think the responses from CS should be consistent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(ETA:&amp;nbsp; And HSN is the worst!&amp;nbsp; I once placed an order and a few hours later - I mean just after midnight - they offered free shipping.&amp;nbsp; And it was a high shipping fee on my order.&amp;nbsp; But I couldn't cancel and they refused to remove the shipping fee.&amp;nbsp; It took me a very long time to ever order from them again.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just cancelled an advanced order. I placed the order in August was told it would ship in Sept. Thought I might receive for my birthday. Theshipping date kept getting pushed. I have not received one email regarding this. I have called Customer Service a few times and always got differing answers. I noticed that the item I order is now sold out. It was still on advanced order this morning and the answer from customer service was that they were not sure when it would be sent out. I cancelled the order this afternoon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
