@ellaphant She has always been gorgeous and that gifted voice is a treasure!

(Of course the Sirtfood program has allegedly enabled her to drop 100 pounds....as ever, she remains gorgeous!)

I always read that any significant weight loss like that will result in loose skin that won't go away without surgery. Whatever she did, she looks great.

I am not trying to be catty. She does look very glamorous in that picture.

But, because she is thinner does not neccessarily mean that she is healthy.

She was so beautiful when she was a bit heavier.

Adele's prior weight was totally unhealthy. At total risk for stroke, diabetes, hear attack , high blood pressure the list goes on. Ask any doctor. Ditto Lizzo
and those trying to normalize obesity.

Isn't amazing how losing weight can change your appearance? She is gorgeous and I am sure she loves herself more now than ever before. Good for her for changing her life for the better.

She played some of her new song on Instagram live yesterday, she had no makeup on and her hair wasn't styled. Still a beauty.
