A while ago, I purchased an advanced order, including shipping. I checked today, and QVC still shows that item as available, with free shipping at the same price I paid. So I cancelled my advance order, and re-purchased it today with free shipping. It's still an advanced order, but at least it now I got free shipping.

I got that hint from a poster in the QVC Facebook group.

Love free ship but Q raises the price of most items at least $3.

@Caaareful Shopper You didn't have to cancel and re-order. The mods will adjust your shipping on advance orders if you e-mail them the order #. I did that the last time there was free shipping. I had 3 advance orders they adjusted shipping for me. Two were VPH Christmas items and one was clothes.

@hopi Do you have an example? I have found when I purchase from my wish list on free shipping day, the price isn't any different. Same as when I put it on my wish list. Could the item you saw have possibly been a one day only price prior to the free shipping day?

Nothing tempting me on QVC today, even with free shipping. I am shopping elsewhere.

Yesterday I picked up a beautiful LL Bean fleece jacket at a consignment store. Today I stocked up on my Choco Nuvo dark chocolate from HSN- also f/s and TS price and bought another pair of sandals from Easy Spirit.on sale .I have been living in this pair and bought another as backup for the future.

Free shipping days are great! I just got shipping charges removed on one wait list order and one advance order by emailing the Social Team. I never knew we could do this until the last free shipping day when I saw a post with this info. This is especially helpful now with all the items that are advance orders! Now, off to see if there is anything on my wishlist I've been wanting free shipping on. 😊

I dunno about "Most". Maybe some go up, yes.

I just received an order from QVC.

Today I see the price of the item dropped by about $ eight dollars since I ordered it.

I wish QVC didn't play with the prices so much.

OTOH I already have more in my cart.

@x Hedge If the price drops within thirty days you can e-mail the QVC Social Team and ask them for a price adjustment.

They reply fairly quickly (today might be busier because of free shipping and it's a Sunday) and usually tell you that the money will be returned within three to five business days. Tomorrow is a Federal holiday so give them a little extra time.

They can't issue the price difference until the item ships.

Be sure to include order number and item.
