Does Anybody Have Amazon Customer Service Phone Number?

My landline system wore out and I had to buy a whole new system. However, I cannot retrieve the directory from the old system and lost my Amazon Customer Service telephone number. Does anyone here have it?

@IamMrsG Since that would be a link to an outside retailer, it can't be posted.

But the toll free numbers listed are correct.

I have often used the 1 800 280 4331 number successfully.

@wismiss In addition to what all the others have fonted, you can also go to Amazon's CS website & request CS to call you! You will get a return call w/in 3-5 minutes.

I have very few issues w/Amazon, but this is how I've done it for years now. I tend to get the call back almost immediately.

How do you get to the Amazon Customer Service WEBSITE?

I did use the phone number provided by @tansy and got my two items straightened out, but I will also keep the other numbers provided. But, I couldn't figure out how to get to the website, @chickenbutt and @Mz iMac.

Go Amazon then sign in with your user name and password. Once you are logged in click on your icon in the upper right corner with your name. It will bring up a various choices of things you can do related to your account. On that list will be “customer service” click on that and you will have all the things you can do to contact customer service.

I search "amazon customer service" in amazon. If you follow the link, you input your phone number and they'll call you within seconds or a minute.

@ScarletDove when ever I've had to call Amazon I use 888-280-4331.
