Did the extended return policy start already at QVC ? I thought I heard Shannon on HSN say they had started at HSN?

ALL QVC merchandise online or presented on air is eligible for return by 1/31/2022. it doesn't have to be a Christmas item.

Just note 'Christmas gift' on return slip along with reason for return (i.e didn't fit, didn't like, etc.)

QVC's statement/exclusions re: extended Holiday returns:

90-Day Extended Return Policy (with additional exclusions line)

Any purchase made from February 1 at 11:59am ET can be returned for any reason for a refund of the purchase price, minus the S&H and Q Return Label fee, or exchanged for a free replacement of the same item in a different color or size. Food, personalized items, and gift cards are excluded. Other restrictions may apply. QVC’s 90-Day Extended Return Policy does not apply to Blowout Clearance Price items. QVC will only accept returns or exchanges for product defects or QVC errors. Call Customer Service at 888-345-5788 for such returns.

I remember this date being posted in 2020 when the lockdown started.

This may be leftover from then and not true in 2021.

Actually the start date was 9/11. I made a couple of Christmas purchases yesterday and took a screen shot just in case there was a problem. Sorry for the small font.
