      <title>Current return processing time?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received an order on 7/24 &amp;amp; returned it on 8/18. I mean to return it sooner but couldn't find the return label. I was going to return it priority mail but thought using the Q return label would get my account credited faster since I was close to 30 day return time. I printed a return label online &amp;amp; here we are 2 1/2 weeks later &amp;amp; still no refund. USPS tendered it to a returns agent on 8/20. On 8/31 it was delivered to Florence, SC return center. I'm now way past the 30 days.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does QVC consider the shipping/processing time for returns? Or maybe that extended return period for Christmas started? My last return to QVC was 9 months ago so I don't return things often.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;I have returned items and it took quite some time before I got the credit.&amp;nbsp; I don't think it's the delivery service.&amp;nbsp; I think the packages just sit at QVC and they are processed slowly.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes I forget that I returned an item.&amp;nbsp; I think it's their new normal.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Meanwhile...I ordered a pair of boots 8/28. Still "in Process", yet "expected delivery date" says 9/4...ie. today. I just guess QVC has had issues getting help and has not navigated Covid adjustments as other companies have been able to. Retail shipments are a &amp;amp;^%show from all accounts, but only QVC, out of any other vendors I've shopped online with, has these issues...including Walmart, Grace &amp;amp; Lace, Amazon, LisaRoberston.com, FreeFly, Venus, to name some. (wow...clearly I need to stop shopping! lol)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will say...2020 I had no issues with QVC's deliveries. This year is different, not as good...long to process shipments and returns.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;2 weeks ago I returned 2 pair of shoes (2 boxes) that didn't fit to QVC using priority mail, which each box cost me $2 more than the return label cost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A week later I had my returns credited, well worth the $4 more I spent, just to not have to keep track and wait 3 weeks for my credit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I never use the return label after the first time I tried it and seeing that it took at least 3 weeks to process the return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But that's just me......&lt;/P&gt;</description>

A mess as compared to other online retailers .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/21944"&gt;@Tribesters&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't worry about your return being too late, QVC's return clock stops once your return is scanned in at the P.O.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another reason I use priority mail is that you get a tracking # which is waaay more reliable and detailed, rather than just wondering if your return 'got lost' after you dropped it off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll get your refund eventually!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Qvc is bad---probably at least 1 month until I see a refund--banana republic was horrible--that return took 6 weeks or more--will never order online from them. but JTV--they are the quickest, usually with a week including shipping it back to them, HSN is pretty good--they let you know that the return has been made and usually within a week or so , a refund and Amazon is the same way--as soon as the packages are pick up, they refund immediately----have decided this is not worth ordering much anymore--at least from the first 2 co. above. My advice is to document all returns on a calendar and keep receipts with a description.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;My returns go to the West Coast Ontario, CA warehouse.&amp;nbsp; The last one, in August, took about 2 weeks from the time USPS picked it up until I got the msg that my account had been credited.&amp;nbsp; I think that's very reasonable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/34174"&gt;@KingstonsMom&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;wrote:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 weeks ago I returned 2 pair of shoes (2 boxes) that didn't fit to QVC using priority mail, which each box cost me $2 more than the return label cost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A week later I had my returns credited, well worth the $4 more I spent, just to not have to keep track and wait 3 weeks for my credit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I never use the return label after the first time I tried it and seeing that it took at least 3 weeks to process the return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But that's just me......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/34174"&gt;@KingstonsMom&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, yes I do the same as you.&amp;nbsp; For me, it's the peace of mind knowing I can track it and when it says "delivered on .....", I print it out for my records.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I had a return of a jewelry item and DID NOT use their return label; I tracked it and it was delivered.&amp;nbsp; The item was on 3 EZ pays.&amp;nbsp; They credited me back a whopping $1.37 and assumed I used their label.&amp;nbsp; I contacted CS on 8/18 and told her I did not use their label; she said I'd be credited the $6.95.&amp;nbsp; I am still waiting for that to appear on my account.&amp;nbsp; I made notes of each CS person I spoke with and the dates.&amp;nbsp; I ended up asking for a supervisor - was told it would be a 4 hour wait - I said, fine, I'll wait.&amp;nbsp; I got a call within a half hour.&amp;nbsp; He said the CS person gave me a credit on my account and said he would have it put back on my CC and would call me on Monday, 9/5.&amp;nbsp; As of this writing, it still has not appeared.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I have had to return one other item that just didn't fit according to their size chart.&amp;nbsp; I completed the return part and wrote on it in big letter "I did NOT use the Q easy return label".&amp;nbsp; "I paid for it myself".&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I think part of the problem is when they open the bag/box, they just assume that the person returning used their return label.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/234284"&gt;@HisElk1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just dealt with the same exact thing, I returned on my own dime, but was charged the $6.95 label fee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The difference is that I emailed the Social Team about it and they promptly issued my credit for the label fee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I highly recommend contacting them with CS issues/errors!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I returned a couple things to JTV Saturday a.m. ---and was emailed a few hours the same day ,that my return was on its way, would be at JTV by the 9th, after 9a.m. and my refund would be processed the next day---WOW!!!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
