    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;There are a couple possibilities;&amp;nbsp; QVC, like many businesses, may be having trouble hiring and retaining employees.&amp;nbsp; They are frequently affected by transportation problems like all other shippers.&amp;nbsp; Everything from delayed marine arrivals to train and trucking delays.&amp;nbsp; There are many problems with transportation nowadays.&amp;nbsp; I saw a feature on NBC news about it this week.&amp;nbsp; Shipping prices rising.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I've got 3 orders that have been processing for 8 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had their orders say this for 11 days or more. &amp;nbsp;Called customer service they apologized, merchandise is in stock, so that do not know the issue. She said it has been happening a lot lately. Ugh!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Their answer was usually "Cost Reduction", which meant fewer people doing more work.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;What I find very annoying, is that we're trapped once we place an order. No matter how long it takes for them to "prepare an item", we are not able to cancel it. This is just bad business, and unfair to the customers period. I've had orders for eight 910 days, just sitting, and I've change my mind. And now with they can't cancel it. It hasn't been sent, but they can't cancel it. Very annoying.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order for a pair of Lamo boots 7/16 (they were supposed to be in stock). They were "in process, then "preparing your order", and now back to "in process".&amp;nbsp; However, QVC did let me know that there was an unforseen delay...Hopefully, the order will finally come through. There is not even a waitlist on my color and size now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
