I'm Having My House Pressure Washed

As you may know, my landlord is having my house repainted.

Last week and first part of this week, they were sanding and scraping the old paint off. Now they are pressure washing.

After the wood dries, then it's time to paint.

Thats the usual sequence of events in preparation for painting. Removes dirt, mould and loose chipped paint.

I pressure wash our house every year, at least once and the deck as well. I often do my mom's deck and house too.

It's killing work with my age and arthritis. I envy that you aren't having to do your own!

That's nice he hired the right people to do that, what they did is the correct way to repaint a home.

As far as I know it is. There's white on the house now, but could that be sealant?
