ShopHQ Boo On You

I ordered two pairs of pants on June 27 and still haven't received them yet! It's been nearly two weeks since I placed my order, this slow shipping is unacceptable. I would call to complain but it would probably fall on deaf ears. I haven't ordered much from them, I think this will be the last time.

Others have had positive experiences with ShopHQ. I did not. On numerous occasions, they have messed up my orders. Contacting CS is not helpful at all. My last order from ShopHQ was my last order from ShopHQ.

I haven't had any shipping problems either including this past year. Check your tracking to see if you can spot the problem. Were the items shipped or still awaiting shipment?

It took almost a month for me to receive an order from QVC. It came about 2-1/2 weeks after its supposed delivery date. So it's not only ShopHQ that can have slow shipping.

That's less than 2 weeks. And there was the July 4th holiday to account for. We're you expecting immediate delivery? Did you check tracking or call customer service? I shop with them, I have no problems at all with waiting 10 to 14 days.

I always get great service and delivery from ShopHQ...maybe it depends on where you live and which hub is sending out your order?

@Jk9 the merchandise was shipped, it took at least a week till it was. I think it is somewhere in the post office waiting to be delivered. I have never had to wait two weeks for anything

Looks like USPS is the problem, not ShopHQ.

I finally got my package today, it only took 15 days. I have never had to wait that long for anything I've ordered.

Yes, but remember as someone else said you ordered just before a holiday and usually you have to add in a few days for that.

I ordered something from Kohl's on June 20th and it still hasn't arrived - looks as if Post Office lost it so I need to call Kohl's to get a refund.
