    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I know QVC doesn't want to add new categories&amp;nbsp;for the Forum posts.&amp;nbsp; However I seriously think there should be a category&amp;nbsp;titled IT Issues.&amp;nbsp; It would relieve the Customer Care Mods of having to deal with problems they have no control over.&amp;nbsp; It should be lead by people with the knowledge on how to get issues fixed or at least let us know&amp;nbsp;what is going on.&amp;nbsp; Just wishing,&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="robotfrustrated" class="emoticon emoticon-robotfrustrated" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_robot-frustrated.png" alt="Robot Frustrated" title="Robot Frustrated" /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It would be a great idea if IT were moderating it then.&amp;nbsp; If they could come and give feedback.&amp;nbsp; As it stands now the mods have to inform the IT group when things go awry here.&amp;nbsp; If they can pull it off that way, I'd say yes, let's do it.&amp;nbsp; Otherwise,&amp;nbsp; it's more of the same to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems like a good idea but..........then IT would be flooded with all kinds of posts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not every problem is on the Q end, either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IT should be on top of issues without being told that there is a problem.&amp;nbsp; It is their job to maintain a good running system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess.&amp;nbsp; What do I know.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The IT Department knows when there is a problem with their system.&amp;nbsp; There are people working on every aspect of it functioning and not functioning every minute of every day.&amp;nbsp; If not, then that's a different problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
