Cannot Get the Volume to Work on QVC's Videos on my Laptop Computer

Let me first state that this is only an issue with the volume working on QVC's video presentations on my laptop. All other website work perfectly loud and clear. I have check everything possible on the laptop and nothing seems to make the volume work when trying to view/hear a video presentation. Is this a QVC issue? Any ideas?

The sound is turned off on the videos...tap the video when it starts & touch the red x to turn it on.

@kitcat51 @ciao_bella Not sure if this will help. I sometimes notice a microphone kinda loud speaker with a line through it in the upper right=hand corner of the video..so try clicking on that. Also check your browser to make sure the sound is turned on there.
