Photos #6 and #7 absolutely slay me with the rich colors and the beautiful gift from nature that is in your backyard.

We have a fawn in the brush at the back of our yard. Yesterday we saw the mommy come and feed it then left. It comes out sometimes. It's probably only a week or two old.

Another day of happy sweetness at the Wicks. All the deer, especially the fawn, are forever lovely. They know they are safe and loved. And Cricket, of course, getting beauty sleep.

So happy to see the sweet precious fawn hanging out with the older crowd!!!! I am sure the fawn will be a frequent visitor to the safe haven at the Wick's and we will see its growth and changes as it matures. Nature is such a gift in so many ways and to witness it through these pictures is a delight!!!!! Happiness and tranquility, an environment to uplift.

The babies are just too cute! I love all of them! The other day I was on my phone and looking out my dining room window. All of a sudden, 2 deer came strutting through the yard. Of course I had to video them. And wishing sweet Cricket a Happy Birthday!
