Bizrate????

So thinking about scams, is Bizrate a scam? Due to a momentary lapse in judgment after I shopped a new to me website (Dermstore) with a great sale, I filled out a Bizrate survey. I now get tons of emails from these people that make me uncomfortable.

Any one have any experiences with Bizrate to share?

Before posting reviews on a retailer's website became commonplace, Bizrate was a place where you could rate the retailer's service. Supposedly there was a system of some kind of rewards points for leaving reviews, but frankly, I never kept track. I no longer use BIzrate because it's so simple to leave a review on the retailer's website whether it is for high praise or to say something negative about the product and/or service.
