      <description>&lt;P&gt;USPS tracking says shipment delivered but it was not. usps&amp;nbsp; customer service rep states that order WAS delivered going by gps and the word of the driver, they will not help me and directed me to go go qvc for resolution. live chat has NOT RESPONDED TO 4 attempts at chatting. does anyone else have issues with non delivery&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had it happen just last week - got a notification that my package was delivered, said it was on Order status tracking, but no package.&amp;nbsp; I was turning around to go back in the house after looking around for it by the garage, mailbox, house, back door, etc., when a mail vehicle roared up and there was my package.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The driver said it was set for the next day delivery and someone at the post office scanned it in by mistake and so she came back with those deliveries that day to get them out.&amp;nbsp; Nice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's probably some glitch like that and might turn up the next day.&amp;nbsp; Or at a neighbor's, that's happened too.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I have.&amp;nbsp; My package was/is hung up in Providence RI wIth the message "turned over to USPS Providence RI waiting for acceptence".&amp;nbsp; It&amp;nbsp; was mailed to me on April 26th and here we are May 26th and still no delivery.&amp;nbsp; It was going fine then UPS turned it over to USPS in Providence on April 29th and there it has sat !&amp;nbsp; I called CS and of course the item has sold out so I'm out of luck all they could do was give me a refund.&amp;nbsp; Then today I was tracking another top that I ordered and sure enough same thing, turned over to USPS in Providence RI and has the sam message "waiting for acceptence".&amp;nbsp; This top is sold out also so looks like another one down the drain..........UGH !!!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I'll keep my fingers crossed but it seems like in my area if anything ends up In Providence RI it's gone.&amp;nbsp;Looks like it's the place packages go to die !!!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I wish they would just send everything UPS !!!!&amp;nbsp; Make a deal with them QVC,&amp;nbsp; USPS sucks !!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did once several months ago (pre Pandemic maybe) but I got ahold of CS on the phone and they resent it quickly and I did receive it then. I hope you get your issue resolved it has been very difficult to address things when there is no one to ans the phones! Good luck&lt;/P&gt;</description>
