I don't know if anyone has mentioned it, Rakuten is giving 15% this week at a lot of stores. QVC included.

Funny when they are offering 1% at QVC, the add pops up constantly whenever I'm on the QVC site. It has not popped up once today.

I was able to cancel an order I placed earlier. My rebate went from $5+ to $20+!

I know it was advertised for a week but I don't think QVC honored the 15% for a week it's already back down to 1% today which is the 13th. I noticed it on the 10th of this month. I placed an order on the 9th and it was the usual 1%. So I am thinking they only did it for 3 days and probably HSN did the same thing.

I think Rakuten is trying to get back customers that have wandered over to other rebate sites. I've been using TopCashBack exclusively for some time now because the percentages of rebates is higher.

However, I did buy something via Rakuten yesterday ... for 2 reasons. First, the 15%. Second, Rakuten has been holding $3 of mine and wouldn't pay it to me until I hit the minimum $5 balance threshold. So, now I'll get paid the old balance, as well.
