How to leave Voice Message

I was on e chat with Verison and could not get a reply! I want to call a phone number (s) and leave a voice message without the receiving number to pickup the call; they don't text. Can I get the 'how to" Thanks!

I could be wrong, but I don't think you can do what you want. The phone call has to be answered by their automated service so a message can be left.
