I was just looking at smart watches when i saw your post , it is an older apple watch , because the red button is not on newer models.

Thanks. I figured that but when I view them on the Apple site they are not red like that.

Only the cellular models have red on the crown. The newer models have a red ring around the outer edge and the older models have a solid dot.
