Anybody having trouble signing into the hsn website? When I sign in it says "access denied". Never had that happen before.

I was able to just sign in also. I guess you need to call Customer Service

No problem for me either. You might try clearing your Cookies.

@Icegoddess My husband just cleared my cookies on Friday. I thought maybe that's the problem. I'll just call customer service. Thanks.

I just call cs and apparently I am not the only one with this problem as they have had numerous calls this weekend. She said it was a server issue. My server is not talking to their server so I need to try another server. Time to have hubs look at it as he is an IT specialist.

I bought my Ninja Foodie from HSN.Everything went fine and a man came on and I put it on my credit card. That was a while ago. I tried 3 times to order Birkenstocks, and they refuse my password, which I never had because my transaction was over the phone. Then they come back on that I left something. It's impossible to order from them. So I still can't get them, because of the darn password. I justt gave up.

This happens on the Q's website too. I had a whole 24 hours where I could not get on and was getting the same exact message. Access denied. The next day it was all back to normal . MY DH said it was most likely their software and not ours.

I can now access HSN again. The problem was on their end, not mine. Hubs, an IT specialist, said we were fine on our end. Would be nice if HSN would have informed me correctly, instead of saying I had the problem,especially since they had other numerous calls like mine. With other calls, that should have clued them in that something was wrong with their website.
