      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Has this happened to anyone here with Amazon? There was something that was&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;due here Friday and it said it would be&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;delayed. Not a problem at all.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;When I got this message below, I looked at the product on the Amazon site, and it was there and you could order it.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;That sounds like a problem with the shipper. &amp;nbsp;It seems that the shipper couldn't/didn't deliver it and returned it to Amazon. &amp;nbsp;You could call Amazon and ask. &amp;nbsp;If you reordered it you should get it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/18486"&gt;@CherryHugs&lt;/a&gt;yes, that happened to me.&amp;nbsp; The driver couldn't find our address and made a stupid decision to just return our product back to amazon.&amp;nbsp; It was out for delivery by amazon prime and they were the ones who couldn't find us though that wasn't our first order.&amp;nbsp; I thought they had gps anyway.&amp;nbsp; So stupid and I did raise heck.&amp;nbsp; It was shipped out again at no charge and I was given a $25 gift card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This just happened to me.&amp;nbsp; It was a company that sells through Amazon.&amp;nbsp; They were trying to deliver water.&amp;nbsp; It got delivered to another address.&amp;nbsp; I called Amazon.&amp;nbsp; They notified the company which promptly refunded me.&amp;nbsp; I had to order from another place through Amazon.&amp;nbsp; The company by the way, told me if the misplaced water does arrive back to me, to take it as free!&amp;nbsp; Nice of the company.&amp;nbsp; This happened yesterday.&amp;nbsp; Don't know if the water will come back to me. But I reordered from another company at Amazon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Like you, I was able to simply re-order the same item from the same seller, and Amazon processed my refund quickly. Two days later, I received both the original package and the replacement, even though I was only charged for one 🤷🏻‍♀️ I donated the extra one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Ok so I ordered another one from a different seller and the first order shows up yesterday about 3 weeks late and in a box that looked like it was run over. This was after the seller said they would refund in 5 or more days but didn't. I also had to yell at the delivery driver to deliver to my house and not just dump my package out on the street in front of my gate (and in the rain!) Never had problems with Amazon sellers or shippers before. Hope this isn't a start.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've put Amazon on time out due to too many glitches over the period of just a few weeks. Things had been going along swimmingly over most of the past year with both Amazon and Amazon fresh orders, with just a few minor problems, but recently, something has changed. I don't&amp;nbsp;know if they've bitten off more than they can chew, if local managers aren't up to the task, if they're hiring staff out of desperation and not choosing wisely or training adequately. All I do know is that there have been a slew of delivery issues and delays that aren't acceptable. I'm a Prime member, so I'm paying for good service and don't feel I'm getting it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After spending way too much time on the phone with them over the past few weeks about problem deliveries, I decided their recent 'service' was an epic fail. I'll probably return at some point but needed a break from incompetents who can't figure out how to get into security buildings despite clear instructions, fail to load entire food orders onto their vehicles, issue delay after delay notices, promise same day delivery and fail to deliver for several days and drivers who seem to think dumping all&amp;nbsp;their packages in a building lobby rather than bringing them to individual doors is acceptable service&amp;nbsp;despite numerous requests and signage instructing them not to do so, and on and on and on. They always apologize copiously and want to throw money at the problem in the way of customer credits, but what they really need to do is resolve their internal issues and get back to providing good service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Hope this isn't a start.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I live in a city that's not all that large so it's only been in the last year or less that Amazon has its own delivery here (not for everything, though) and they were putting the parcels halfway down my driveway.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didn't like this but I didn't say anything until I got the box that included the 30# bag of dog food, 10# of peanuts, 5# of seeds, etc, which is WAY WAY too heavy for me to pick up.&amp;nbsp; I had to basically roll it up my driveway (not huge, but long enough to line up 3 vehicles deep and 2 vehicles wide) all the way to the house, up the step, and into the house.&amp;nbsp; I was in extreme pain by the time I did that without evey picking it up.&amp;nbsp; I was angry.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, I called Amazon and asked if there was anything to do like I can do with UPS to have permanent instructions that parcels need to be delivered to the porch.&amp;nbsp; The nice lady there put it in and even included 'and ring the doorbell'.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Ok, I'm good with that and I thanked her.&amp;nbsp; Ever since they DO bring it to the porch but they've yet to even once ring the doorbell. One out of two isn't bad.&amp;nbsp; &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The main part was where they leave them and I keep an eye out when I'm expecting anything anyway.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My guess is it got mixed up by some entity along the way. Maybe when it goes from UPS to USPS&amp;nbsp; or vice versa, things get mixed up.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Always showed up, just not on my regular Prime schedule. Not a problem for me as most things I order are not needed in 2 days or more.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;hckynut&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/18486"&gt;@CherryHugs&lt;/a&gt;Yes.&amp;nbsp; It happens.&amp;nbsp; Amazon is good, but they make mistakes too.&amp;nbsp; This is especially true of their marketplace sellers.&amp;nbsp; However, there are times Amazon gets something mixed up too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They will fix it if it is wrong though ~ count on that!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
