I'm in Colorado Springs and it's just now starting to come down. I have satellite TV and my dish is already coated with heavy, sticky wet snow. Gonna have to go out there an clear it off at some point. We're suppose to be getting a lot of snow from now until early Monday morning.

We're just glad poor Amarillo, Tx area got rain ! not just skiff of snow we actually got RAIN ! Dreary skies, cloudy ! It's wonderful !

@SilleeMee, once you clear the snow off the dish spray it with a liquid car wax or RainX windshield washer fluid if you have it. I think a household spray wax might also work.

At worst you'll have to clean the dish off again but not as soon as without the wax; at best it will be one and done.

My dish sits up high on the side of my house. I'll need a ladder to get up there so maybe another time. It won't be me climbing a ladder!

Few light flurries here. Not enough to really wet the ground. It's just cloudy and windy now. A few thunders, but nothing else. DW

I can't really go anywhere so all I've done today is eat all day and shop on my computer. I've got to build up my energy for later when I have to dig myself out of the snow. The shopping part is retail therapy to help me deal with looking out my window right now...it's stressful.

We have been bracing for the worst here in the western suburbs also, since we are expecting to be blanketed with upwards of two feet. It was originally forecast to be three feet, so that is encouraging news. Stay warm and safe everyone!😊
