      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#FF00FF"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I find that as I get older...I'm 61 now, sleeping well is becomming harder.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#FF00FF"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I can not remember the last time I slept 7-8 hous in a row.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#FF00FF"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Now it's more like 3 hours here, an hour there..........It's so sad........................Plus my husband snores....not like a regular soft snore.....more like a locomotive train that's loud and then gets even louder. I do the melatonin ...drink chamomile tea at night. I never nap in the daytime...I am on the go from 3AM to bed. I guess what sleep I get is enough as I have good health.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sleep pretty well most nights. But getting there is a bit of a production.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CPAP machine cures snoring. DH has one and he used to snore horribly, not anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a routine before bed that helps me. To stop the racing thoughts I start with a digital coloring program on my tablet. It focuses my attention. Then I switch to reading an escapist book. If I'm thinking about how the characters are going to get out of the tavern without the soldiers noticing them, I'm not thinking about world problems and making shopping lists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, a really good pillow makes more of a difference than you would think. Once I got a real side sleeper pillow with a shoulder cut out, it helped me so much. And if you have a heating pad, try setting it to the lowest setting and then putting it at your feet. (Probably don't do this if you have neuropathy or diabetes.) Warmth on the feet at night is very soothing and relaxing. If you're sad, hold the heating pad against your chest.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But even with all that, sometimes a hot flash does wake me up and that is NO fun. If I can't get right back to sleep I have to get out the Kindle reader again and go back to reading about the adventure at the tavern.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Three visits to the bathroom during the night. Then I often wake up as early as 4:00, often going back to sleep for a little while. I'm always checking the time. I won't get out of bed before 5:45.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm pretty used to this pattern.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a night owl and always have been. &amp;nbsp;I hate to go to sleep, then I hate to wake up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Our bedroom is dark because my DH worked the night shift all of his life and slept during the day. &amp;nbsp;My two dogs like to sleep too, &amp;nbsp;so they normally don't wake me up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I either have to set my alarm or ask my DH to open the light blocking shades when he gets up or I will sleep until noon time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
