Favorite Episode of "The Twilight Zone"?

I didn't want to hijack B8nW8's thread, so I decided to post this question as it's own thread.

What is your favorite episode of "The Twilight Zone"?

Mine is, the one where the former guard of a prison camp goes back to visit where he used to work, and the ghosts of those he killed haunt him until he goes insane.

I remember being so frightened of the one where the girl and her dog fall out of her bed and into a different dimension. I think they get the girl out but not the dog and you can hear it barking at the end of the show but no one can rescue it.

Hi Kalli!! I haven't seen that many episodes, but I think that one about the girl falling into a different dimension was pretty creepy!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Incident at Owl Creek" where the Civil War criminal/POW is about to be hanged and he dreams in the instant it takes for him to drop that he escapes. Also liked the one (Elegy") where the astronauts are trapped on some foreign planet and are asked what would be their wish, and they ask to be on a space capsule headed home to Earth and at the end you see them placed as if this wish had been granted but they are dead. Great show and for the time very haunting and scary.

FYI, there are five seasons of TW on the free Hulu site, if you can stand the ads, it's a good way to catch your favorite episode.

The one with the little boy who controls that town and turns people he doesn't like into jack-in-the-box or sends them ""to the cornfield"" is CREEPY!

Several episodes deal with beauty and plastic surgery and wanting to all look the same. Even more relevant today with Hollywood women looking icky creepy plastic and UGLY imo.

I can't say I have a favorite but I remember watching this show just about every evening at 7:00 as a kid, I am not 58, and the show scared me to death back then. DH and I watched a couple of episodes today and now I wonder what scared me so much!
