@Leggett28 I really miss shopping at Pier 1. (I have that same bunny in a candy dish). My house is filled with pretty things from their store. My daughter just asked me for a rug that I had for years...It looks great in her home office. Glad I bought what I wanted over the years when I had the chance.

I don't remember what other pieces I have, but I have these cute little guys. I've never put S&P in them. They reside at the back of my stove so I get to see them a lot. Back, whenever they were new (years ago), I had seen them on a Pier One commercial or an ad and the husband ended up going there and got them for me.

I miss the store near me. I loved going there especially at the change of seasons. I always found some things.

I think your items are lovely!!! I can tell you bought them at Pier One, so pretty!!!!!

I too have many purchases from one of my favorite stores since they first opened, Pier One. I loved shopping because there was quality, number one, variety and unique items. I especially enjoyed visits at Christmas and have quite a number of ornaments and decor. I miss Pier One and for me it is another store I shopped at frequently that has closed its doors. It saddens me when the quality stores go. Everything I bought from Pier One since it opened I still have, you do get what you pay for and I appreciated that, my experience.

Pier 1 is still available on line. I know it is not the same as browsing in the store, but I have seen some nice things on line.

Your Bath & Body Works candle holder looks so pretty with the bright pink candle in it. I'm guessing it's Wildberry Jam Donut. The pink glass is so pretty!

Yep, I miss my Pier 1 store a lot!!!! I used to love to go to their store and get ideas and pick up some nice things.... One of the employees told me that she loved to come to work, since the store decor displays really picked up her spirits...it was like coming to a different world.....so sad they closed their stores 😥

We bought some decorative baskets for our pier set above our bed many, many years ago from Pier 1. I remember reading in bed one night and seeing these little black things falling down on me. The baskets were infected with bugs! Tons of them. Last time I ever bought something from them.

Pottery Barn and Williams-Sonoma are gone too. They're all part of the same corporation. I loved all their stores.

@LuvmyLab Those imports are supposed to be inspected and funigated by the USDA. I guess they missed one. That's how stink bugs got into the US.

I had a student who was shocked when her mother bought a kitchen table and four shairs there. After about four years it fell apart. It shouildn't but it did! I wouldn't expect this stor to mhave good furniture.
