topic Charleston SC Ravenel bridge walk? in Community Chat

Has anyone walked the Ravenel bridge between Charleston and Mt. Pleasant? We've vacationed in the area many times and just found out you can walk over the bridge. My husband and I are in our 60s but in good health and walk almost every day. Maybe we would just walk to the top and come back and not go all the way over. Is it really steep going up ? We're going to Charleston in April and it would be something my husband would love to do.
