Are you on the Safari browser? Their site doesn’t deal with Safari well. Try a different browser if you are.

If not in Safari try clearing your cookies and reload the page.

It's happening to me too. When I try to read reviews, a picture of Shawn and Rick pops up saying there has been an error.

Im using Chrome but I cant see where it tells to start a new topic, I just got a vitamix, I havent been in this section before. Any help?
