I thought the Super Bowl version was atrocious and the worst I've ever heard at a Super Bowl. They should have stayed home.

I didn’t like it at first, but it really got going when she started singing and then, IMO, turned great when they sang together. Ended up really liking it (although I am still a purist who prefers the traditional tempo).

I loved it. Normally I like one singer who is a singer not a performer just simply sing it. But this was inclusive and they both have vocal talent.

Was that the Indian War Chant I heard when they introduced the Kansas City Chiefs????? Wasn't that offensive to the American Indians???? Didn't the Washington Red Skins have to change their name??? What am I missing here??? Hated the National Anthem too!!! Turning off the game & I will wait it to hear that Mahomes beat the ****** out of Brady!!! Go Chiefs!

@chessylady. Roseanne didn't sing at the Super Bowl. She was a screeching joke as were today's singers.

Even with the best of vocalists, the Star Spangled Banner is not an easy song to master. I always hold my breath and hope for the best when it’s performed. I wish that America The Beautfiul was our national anthem. To me it is so moving in its simplicity and much easier for all of us to sing.

He was awful--who is he???--she was good and the best part were the fireworks!
