    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;I stopped shopping at Target when I had bank cards "compromised" TWICE in a one year period.&amp;nbsp; My bank abruptly cancelled my card and sent me a new one after transactions at Target.&amp;nbsp; Twice!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I am sure that the problem happened at Target because it was the only place I'd used both cards.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Although I have no way to prove it, I suspect my transaction at the register was viewed (cameras in the ceiling over every checkout register) and a security person recorded my typing in my pin number.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I should have typed in my pin number with my other hand covering this from ceiling cameras.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4" color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;(I no longer use my debit card for anything other than getting cash at my ATM, but that's not the point here.)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>I Need To Vent</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So, a week ago today I went to Target to buy a computer mouse. There was one on sale for $11.99, I saw one I liked better,&amp;nbsp;a Logitech mouse for $20.99 and bought it. I take it out of the packaging, it works great and kept it, getting rid of the packaging. So I see the mouse is on sale this week for $8.00 less and went this morning with my receipt to get an adjust. The woman at customer service says because it's a new week she can't go into the computer to do it. I would have to return it and repurchase it ( with the packaging I no longer have). I spoke to the manager and got the same story. I was going to shop there but was so angry I said to them I'm going to Walmart to get what I need, they didn't care. I had my receipt, they can see that I bought the mouse, it's not good customer service to make a customer unhappy. I do keep packaging for more expensive items, but why would anyone hold on to packaging for a nothing item?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I know that there "could" be a difference in the receipt coding. (the item sku number should be identical, but there could be a difference on the receipts), so I would compare the old vs new and be prepared if it is questioned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

All of my items, except two were unavailable. &amp;nbsp;I was sent an e-mail stating that and was advised two of my items could be picked up inside of the store at the pick up desk. My store did not have car side pick up,available yet. &amp;nbsp;I was unable to go into the store, so I cancelled the order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They would not refund my money to my card and instead attempted to send me a store credit via an email entitled " Please accept our apologizes with this e-mail gift card." &amp;nbsp;I got a blank e-mail with nothing attached.. &amp;nbsp;It has been well over a year and a half a and I have still not gotten a refund. &amp;nbsp;I stopped fighting with them. &amp;nbsp;It was under $9 that they owe me. &amp;nbsp;I just don't shop there anymore. They lost a customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I called their customer service number and spoke to this nice man. I explained what happened, he was able to bring up my sales receipt and see I was being honest with him. He did not understand why they couldn't give me a refund.       <description>&lt;P&gt;It does seem a bit customer-unfriendly.&amp;nbsp; I had a similar experience, also with a mouse.&amp;nbsp; There was only one mouse left of the type I wanted, but I'd forgotten to bring my Target gift card.&amp;nbsp; I asked if I could buy it today, charging to my credit card, and come back tomorrow, return it against my credit card, and purchase it against my gift card.&amp;nbsp; The fellow said I could do that, but the mouse would have to be in its packaging - which was unacceptable since I wanted t use it right away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was a little miffed but it's their store, their rules.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wow - I hear you! &amp;nbsp;I had a similar experience at Target and was annoyed. &amp;nbsp;They have a very difficult return policy. &amp;nbsp;I agree - NOT good customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
