QVC and Rakuten

Is anyone else having trouble with QVC orders being confirmed in Rakuten? I've had three in the past month that show that confirmation from QVC was never received and I've had to open inquiries on them attaching the order confirmations. I'm hoping this is not an emerging pattern.

I should look at mine too. All my QVC orders are placed thru Rakuten now, but I don't ever look at my account to check it. So far, I have just been pleased when I get a check and leave it at that, not knowing if everything was counted.

I went through all of my purchases from Black Friday on to make sure everything was credited to either Rakuten or TopCashBack. The only one I am missing is through TopCashBack for a Sephora purchase. However, I did have one Macy's purchase through TCB that took 3 weeks to finally show in my rebates.

I am not so organized as to know which ones I went through Rakuten and which ones I went through ShopAtHome, but it looks like my account is okay.

have not really checked because i have been using mr rebates and topcashback more.....better rebates lately! topcashback has 10% today with qvc.

I have not purchased anything from QVC so I can't comment on them, but I have had several other purchases that I did not get credit for from other retailers.

I blame Rakuten. They are having problems.

I am done trying to go through all the trouble for a few bucks. I give up. I don't need a little money that bad.

That's why I have used Mr. Rebates exclusively for the past 14 years. Never a problem.

I had problems with the orders I did prior to Christmas.

I think there is a way that you can communicate with Rakutan and if you have the order number they will investigate and perhaps things can be resolved.

I find TCB to be much better (and faster processing) than Rakuten.

@Carmie , I agree. I followed the procedure with Top Cash Back over my Sephora rebate and then I just gave up. It was 6% of my order which amounts to a few dollars.
