    <description>&lt;P&gt;This just can't pass. I have really cut back on my soda usually iced tea semi sweet I purchase it. I drink maybe one a day sometimes two rare though. This a crazy tax to build revenue.When is enough enough! Are we allowed to keep any of our money or is it only the rich and politicians. Thats what I'm seeing.
